The spring 2018 rock festival season kicked off at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, Fla. with Welcome to Rockville. And what a way to start things off with Ozzy Osbourne playing the first North American show of his "No More Tours 2" trek as the Friday night headliner. With the return of Zakk Wylde on guitar, Osbourne delivered such favorite solo tracks as the show-opening "Bark at the Moon," "Crazy Train" and "Mama I'm Coming Home," as well as the Sabbath classics "War Pigs" and the show-closing "Paranoid." Ozzy finished out a day of rocking that included sets from Five Finger Death Punch, Godsmack, Halestorm, The Used, Underoath and more.

Saturday gave festival-goers a chance to see the thrill and spectacle of Avenged Sevenfold's stage show. "The Stage" literally set the stage for an energetic and anthemic night of rocking, with the band powering through such fist-pumping favorites as "Hail to the King" and "Nightmare" while also giving "Shepherd of Fire" its first play during this tour cycle. Saturday also included sets from Stone Sour, Breaking Benjamin, the return of Stone Temple Pilots, Black Veil Brides and more.

And finishing out the weekend, Foo Fighters had a memorable show that included a guest appearance by Billy Idol and a cameo from actor John Travolta. Their set included "All My Life," "The Pretender," "Best of You" and "Everlong" with some covers including "Under Pressure" (with Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins trading vocals), John Lennon's "Gimme Some Truth" with Idol joining in, and a medley of favorites including their "Jump / Imagine" mash-up. Idol was on hand after playing a set earlier in the day, as did Queens of the Stone Age, Bullet for My Valentine, Clutch and more.
