P.O.D., ‘This Goes Out to You’ – Exclusive Lyric Video Premiere

P.O.D. are inching closer to the Aug. 21 street date for their latest album The Awakening and they've got another piece of the puzzle to share. The band has teamed up with Loudwire to exclusively premiere the lyric video for their new single "This Goes Out to You."

The high energy rocker is accompanied by a visual that finds a solitary figure in a hoody strolling along the pebble-filled beach on an overcast day with the choppy waters working in rhythm with the beat of the song.

Speaking about the track, P.O.D. frontman Sonny Sandoval tells us, "This song is about respect! You can like, even love a lot of different things but it doesn't mean they deserve respect. Respect is earned!”

As stated, "This Goes Out to You" appears on the band's forthcoming release The Awakening. The song is available instantly to those who pre-order the disc via iTunes. You can also pre-order the album via Amazon and potentially end up with an autographed copy. And there's an option to get the disc on vinyl, too.
