Pallbearer Book Spring 2017 U.S. Tour

Since debuting with Sorrow and Extinction in 2012, Arkansas doom bringers Pallbearer have garnered a cult status, becoming a new age favorite of the heavy metal underground. Ever on the upswing, they've just released their third studio effort, Heartless, supporting the record with a U.S. tour.

Throughout the trek, which kicks off in Houston, Texas on May 11, a number of acts will be featured as support, with Gatecreeper in tow for all dates save for the Philadelphia show, which will feature Baroness and Nothing instead. Pinkish Black, Spirit Adrift, Venomous Maximus and Inter Arma will all link up with Pallbearer at different points, so check the listings below very carefully if the support acts factor in your concert going decision.

Pallbearer's bleeding heart doom is predominantly melodic, rounded out by aching rhythms that plod along at mostly crawling tempos while Brett Campbell's higher-pitched croon navigates the ceaseless waves of crashing riffs, exemplified in the new track "I Saw the End."
