There's a new Cage Match champion, as Pop Evil's "Footsteps" earned a hard fought victory over 10 Years' "Miscellanea" in a pairing of Cage Match newcomers this past week. The band's heavy yet melodic new track is quickly becoming a favorite in their catalog and fans voted it to victory, where it will now face a new challenger.

Stepping into the Cage Match are Hinder, fresh off their Loudwire Music Festival performance this past weekend. The group is starting to get some traction at radio with their latest single, "Intoxicated," which features the band's new vocalist Marshal Dutton. But does the heavy new song have what it takes to dethrone Pop Evil?

Here's your chance to have a say. Take a listen to both Pop Evil's "Footsteps" and Hinder's "Intoxicated" in the players provided, then vote for which song you want to see advance to the next Cage Match in the poll below.

(This Cage Match will run until July 6 at 2PM ET. Fans can vote once per hour! So come back and vote often to make sure your favorite song wins!)

Pop Evil, "Footsteps"

Hinder, "Intoxicated"

Rules of Cage Match:
Fans can vote once per hour for their favorite song. If a song remains the reigning champ for five straight cage matches, it is retired to the Loudwire Cage Match Hall of Fame. With so many great songs out there, we have to give other bands a chance!
