SOiL and (Hed)P.E. are about to chew up some serious pavement on a monthlong trek they've dubbed 'Born to Ride 2.' The label mates will set out on May 1 in Arlington Heights, Ill., and will play mostly Western and Midwestern U.S. dates.

For those who noticed the "2" in the tour's moniker, that's because the two acts have done this before. The original 'Born to Ride' tour took place in 2012 and the pairing of the bands went off so well that they decided it was time for a repeat.

The timing is right as (Hed)P.E. are currently mixing their latest album, 'Evolution,' which is due for a summer release via Pavement Entertainment. Frontman Jahred calls the disc, "Some of the heaviest material we have ever recorded."

SOiL, meanwhile, have just released the new single 'The Hate Song' off of their stellar disc, 'Whole.' They'll be performing songs from the new album, as well as their concert staples, throughout the run.
