A creative music video is hard to come by these days, but some bands have gone above and beyond to create the perfect video to accompany their single. Below are the nominees for the 2011 Loudwire Music Awards' Video of the Year.

In the Foo Fighters video for their single ‘Walk’ off of their disc ‘Wasting Light,’ frontman Dave Grohl unleashes his inner rebel on society in a hilarious nod to the Michael Douglas film 'Falling Down.'

Machine Head spit venom with their tune ‘Locust’ and in the video, frontman Robb Flynn literally spits out locusts. The entire tone and darkness of the video perfectly complements this hard hitting song.

A mad scientist / drug addict, stunning female lumberjacks and awesome shadow puppets -- what more could we want in a video, especially if it’s Mastodon’s clip for ‘Curl of the Burl’ off of their latest album ‘The Hunter.’

Megadeth and monkeys -- no wonder the video for ‘Public Enemy No. 1’ made this list of contenders. With epic chimp shoot outs, viewers can definitely appreciate the story an ape on the run.

Rammstein’s NSFW video for 'Mein Land' gives us yet another reason to love these German industrial metal mavens. Never did a video contrast so much with a song, but somehow it works, especially because it shows one hell of a beach party. It's part 1960s, part 'Baywatch' and part modern-day mayhem.

Check out all of the videos below and then vote for your favorite one!

Foo Fighters, 'Walk'

Machine Head, 'Locust'

Mastodon, 'Curl of the Burl'
