Avenged Sevenfold fans are a passionate bunch and you get to see that up close and personal in the band's video for their latest single 'This Means War.' The group let the cameras roll over two weeks of their spring 2014 Latin American tour, and the end result is the new concert-based clip.

The video, directed by Rafa Alcantara, gives viewers a look at the band's live show but also does a great job of showing exactly what the group's music does to those in the audience, as you see the faces of diehard Avenged Sevenfold fans singing along to the song's primary chant of "This means war!"

Also interspersed throughout the video to help drive home the point of the clip are shots of riot police and the typical beginnings of an escalating conflict with homemade weaponry being launched at the offenders. These shots are contrasted with the band singing their own rallying cry as the passionate audience follows along.

Fans can see Avenged Sevenfold's powerful live set all summer long as part of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Check out our report from Day One in San Bernardino, Calif., here and find out where you can see them play at this location.
