The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is spreading like wildfire across the country, with Slipknot / Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor and Guns N' Roses / Velvet Revolver / Walking Papers / Loaded bassist Duff McKagan also stepping up to the challenge.

McKagan's ice bucket challenge, which can be seen above, came at the request of Pearl Jam's Mike McCready. After being unable to find an ice bucket, he turned to his hometown Washington Huskies for help. With the assistance of a couple of Huskies football players, McKagan instead ended up with an ice bath. Watch the hilarious clip above. The bassist nominated ESPN anchor Kenny Mayne to take part in the challenge and added that he and his wife were donating to ALS as well.

As for Taylor, he stepped up after being challenged multiple times. "I've been nominated by three damn people. Thank you, this is great. But it's all for a good cause, so here's my ice bucket challenge," said Taylor before giving the green light. Watch his video below.

After taking what truly looked like an icy shower, Taylor emerged to challenge Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho, Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian and producer Jay Ruston. And so the ice bucket challenge moves on.
