After more than two decades in Korn, Jonathan Davis released his first full-length solo album, Black Labyrinth on Sumerian Records earlier this year.

He's going to discuss the album, Korn's ongoing career, and more in the next installment of the Musician Institute's "Conversation Series," on August 1, hosted by Ryan J. Downey and presented by Loudwire. The free event will be held at the Musicians Institute Concert Hall (the school is in Hollywood, Calif., by the way). Previous episodes have seen Downey interviewing Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi, Judas Priest's Rob Halford and Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack.

Tickets are free for Musician Institute students and alumni and the general public can get tickets as well on a first-come-first-serve basis here. To access tickets, use the code "labyrinth" and for more information on the Musicians Institute, head to their website.

Davis has a handful of solo tour dates coming up; check his website for details. Korn will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Follow the Leader with three special concerts — September 12 in San Francisco, September 13 in Los Angeles and September 15 in Las Vegas. They will be the only shows the band will play in 2018. Get more information at their website.
