Seether: Fall 2015 U.S. Tour With Saint Asonia + Contest

It's been a stellar year for Seether, who have been promoting their Isolate and Medicate album. And to finish things out for 2015, the band is teaming up with Loudwire to announce their one final 2015 North American tour leg scheduled for the fall, as well as give away a signed Shaun Morgan Schecter guitar!

The band will be hitting the road beginning Oct. 3 with Saint Asonia opening dates for the upcoming run. In addition to Seether's headlining shows, the trek will include stops at the Louder Than Life festival and the Aftershock Festival. The tour spans the month of October, with the two bands wrapping things up on Oct. 29 at the Knitting Factory in Spokane, Wash. Tickets go on sale this coming Friday (July 31) at 10AM local time. As stated, Seether are promoting their 2014 Isolate and Medicate album. The disc has already yielded the radio singles "Words as Weapons" and "Same Damn Life" and the group is currently climbing the charts with "Nobody Praying for Me."

The latter song has been bolstered by one of the more powerful and creative music videos of the year. The interactive video, directed by Sherif Higazy, follows the story of the police shooting of a youth from a variety of viewpoints. Rather than lay the blame, fans get to see the events leading up to the shooting from the viewpoint of the officer and the youth and news reports from both conservative and liberal news media. As stated in the final shot, "It's critical to be critical," suggesting that a rush to judgment without investigating the whole story happens way too much.

As for support act Saint Asonia, the band consists of music vets Adam Gontier (ex-Three Days Grace), Mike Mushok (Staind, Newsted), Corey Lowery (Dark New Day, Eye Empire, Stereomud) and Rich Beddoe (ex-Finger Eleven). The supergroup has already released the single "Better Place" as well as "Blow Me Wide Open" and "Let Me Live My Life" off their self-titled debut disc. Look for the album arriving on July 31.
