Sleeping With Sirens Stir the Pit With New Song ‘Break Me Down’

When Sleeping With Sirens stated they were leaning heavier on their new album, they weren't kidding. The band has just revealed another new song from their upcoming How It Feels to Be Lost album, and it's a pit-starting rocker called "Break Me Down." You can hear the track in full at the bottom of this post.

Hitting you smack in the face from the outset with aggressive percussion, the track builds off high energy guitars and the angst of singer Kellin Quinn as he gets out the pains of a relationship turned sour, determined not to let it break him. While giving in a bit to the vices that get you through, the singer emerges now defiant in his plan to move forward, singing, "Smoke in my lungs / There's a fire in my heart / And when it's all said and done / You won't break me." "Break Me Down" follows on the heels of their recent single, "Leave It All Behind." Both tracks appear on How It Feels to Be Lost, which was produced by Zakk Cervini and Matt Good. The album is due Sept. 6 through Sumerian Records and is currently available to pre-order at this location.
