Slipknot Launch Mysterious New Teaser on Website

Brace yourself, Slipknot fans - news is on the way. Slipknot have launched a new teaser on their website earlier today (Feb. 28), wearenotyourkind.com. They shared the teaser with a video animation on twitter.

If you enter the website on a desktop browser, it displays what appears to be a red barcode with a countdown at the top of the screen. The bottom of the screen asks you to open the webpage from a mobile device. Once on the mobile browser, the webpage gives you the option to share your location, in which it then gives a set of geographical coordinates and a mileage number. See a screenshot of the webpage from a desktop browser below.

While the album details have still not been officially confirmed, fans have also been posting screenshots of an email advertisement for the website with "Outside the 9" written at the top, as well as "8.9.19." Slipknot have also posted several tweets with "Outside the 9" as a hashtag.

Corey Taylor recently re-entered the studio, so the Knot definitely has something coming soon.
