Eddie Trunk along with his trusty co-hosts Don Jamieson and Jim Florentine will be returning for Season 13 of ‘That Metal Show’ on VH1 Classic and there are some big changes in the works. For starters, the show will return to the East Coast, once again filming in New York City.

"I'm thrilled that the show is coming back,” Trunk recently shared. “But I'm really excited that we're now shooting on a weekly basis, as fans will now have the opportunity to see the new episodes as soon as they are completed." As noted by Trunk, returning to New York City for Season 13 means that rather than taping a whole season in a few short days for future broadcast, the show can be recorded once a week and aired a few short days later.

Kicking off on January 18, Season 13 will offer up 12 episodes, clocking in at the longest season to date. The new season will be shot every Tuesday night at Metropolis Studios in NYC for broadcast on Saturday.

While the Season 13 guests have yet to be revealed, fans can look forward to several popular segments making a return visit from the “TMS Top 5’ to ‘The Throw Down’ and of course ‘Stump the Trunk.’

‘That Metal Show’ made its VH1 Classic debut back in November of 2008 and has become the go-to show for metal and rock fans nationwide.
