A 5.9-magnitude earthquake with an epicenter in Virginia stuck at around 2PM ET today (Aug. 23) and was felt in Washington, D.C., New York City and other sections of the East Coast. Within minutes, rockers such as Godsmack, Incubus, Limp Bizkit singer Fred Durst and Janes Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro reacted on Twitter.
