The musical cruise has exploded in popularity the past few years, with numerous rock and metal bands hitting the high seas with their fans. Now, a new cruise called Rockaholica will embark for the first time in 2014 with a lineup that includes Korn, Hoobastank and Fuel.

“We are excited to be headlining the first Rockaholica and look forward to spending quality time with our fans while cruising,” says Korn singer Jonathan Davis.

Rockaholica sets sail Sept. 29, 2014 from Miami aboard the Carnival Ecstasy, with stops in Key West and Cozumel. More bands will be announced in the coming weeks, with a total of 10 acts and 30 performances during the cruise.

A couple of those bands will be chosen by the fans as part of the Rockaholic's Anonymous contest. Up-and-coming bands will be able to upload a single and have the chance to win a trip aboard the cruise and perform on the ship. Details on the contest will be revealed soon on the Rockaholica Facebook page.

Last weekend Korn played their last live show of 2013, capping a very successful year that saw guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch rejoin the band. They released their 11th studio album 'The Paradigm Shift' in October, and it debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. They were also inducted into the Hollywood RockWalk this year.
