Metallica have added two additional dates to their upcoming Australian tour with Slipknot. The fall trek in the Land Down Under was first announced last month with a run of five shows in the country and one in New Zealand.

But a second show in Melbourne has been scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 24, and an extra performance in Auckland, New Zealand, is now set for Saturday, Nov. 2. See the new announcement and all the dates below.

Metallica just wrapped up the U.S. portion of their massive WorldWired Tour before making their way overseas for the European leg of the live campaign behind their latest album effort, 2016's Hardwired... to Self-Destruct.

Slipknot recently announced the 2019 Knotfest Roadshow tour with Volbeat, Behemoth and Gojira. Their anticipated, yet-to-be-named album was given an Aug. 9 release date. See the Knotfest dates here.
