Theory of a Deadman are adding a new associate to their ranks. The band has a new mascot and they're teaming up with Loudwire to let fans have the opportunity to name the new masked man (or woman). The winning entrant will receive an awesome prize pack!

Frontman Tyler Connolly says in a statement, "We wear masks to hide, we wear masks to pretend we're somebody else, and we put them on to filter out all the s--t in this world. Our new mascot represents all our fans who wear these metaphoric masks for whatever reason. Help us name him/her and be a part of this bad ass concoction."

Watch the video promo above and take a look at the images below, then see if you can come up with the perfect name for TOAD's new mascot. Enter your response in the form provided at the bottom of the post. Once you've entered the name, you'll have the option to fill out additional fields to earn more entries into the contest.

After the band sifts through the submissions, the top choices will appear in a poll right here on Loudwire, and the fans will have a chance to vote on the name of the mascot.

In addition to having the honor of choosing the name of Theory's mascot, the winning entrant will also receive a $100 gift certificate to the band's merch store and a Les Paul Special II Guitar courtesy of Epiphone.

So check out the images of the new TOAD mascot below and get your entry in the form at the bottom of this page by Tuesday, Jan. 20. At that point, the best entries will be presented in a poll format, and the eventual winning entrant will win the grand prize described above. And if you like the look of Theory of a Deadman's new mascot, check out their merch store where t-shirts are now available.
