After launching a light teaser campaign earlier this week, industrial legends Rammstein have debuted a music video for the brand new song "Zeit," the title track off their new album coming later this year.

It's especially exciting news as the group had suggested that a new record was on the way, which quelled suspicions and worry that the band's 2019 album, their first in a decade, was going to be their last. With unexpected downtime amid the pandemic, Rammstein recorded an album they said they "hadn't planned on" with the creative juices flowing amid their inability to perform live.

Late last year, guitarist Richard Kruspe even suggested that Rammstein's new record would be released before their 2022 touring plans resumed. Those plans, however, were perhaps temporarily stalled due to a paper shortage which negatively impacted the ability to print enough CD booklets and covers for a streamlined worldwide release.

Zeit will serve as Rammstein's eighth studio album, with a release date officially set for April 29. Pre-order your copy here.

Later this year, Rammstein are expected to return to the stage and, for a list of upcoming stops, see the European dates here and the North American dates here.
