The 2011 Rock in Rio Festival has locked down one of the largest and most diverse lineups in music history. Both Metallica and Slipknot performed blistering sets last night (Sept. 25) at the festival, and we've got the videos to share with you (watch below).

Metallica pumped out a set clocking in at over two hours - playing classics such as 'One,' 'Whiplash' and 'Enter Sandman.'

Slipknot played to the rabid Brazilian crowd for 80 minutes, playing 'Disasterpiece' and 'Surfacing' among other fan favorites.

Red Hot Chili Peppers and Stone Sour performed Rock in Rio sets on Saturday (Sept. 24) -- click here to watch their gigs.

Also coming up at Rock in Rio on Oct. 2 will be performances by Guns N' Roses and System of a Down. We're hoping there will be high-quality streams of those gigs, as well.
